Rules/restrictions/laws are often a matter of what people can do with their popularity/support (power) and money.
As long as the restrictions were more popular with most people than using their own brains to determine what they should and shouldn't do, they would keep piling on, rather than end. Some things don't end without a fight.

Hardly any change doesn't make things worse. Telling people things will get worse before they get better is misleading, but it sounds good. The reality is things often get worse before they keep getting worse and worse, spiraling out of control in the end. The light at the end of a tunnel isn't guaranteed to be daylight, and people that rely on someone else to pull them from the darkness are fucked, but nobody tells them they are.

The WHO says that virus being engineered is not possible. Of course, they would say that even if it was possible, since they don't want most of the world's population to know what is possible, unless it's (mis)information they have spread like wildfire.

Besides an unlikable guy with lots of money and a talent for playing guitar (and not beating someone with one as a weapon, since that allegedly got him knocked out) who would Pete Townshend be without the Who? Is it somehow unfair to Pete Townshend to think or say any of that?
Roger Daltry makes it sound like he wouldn't be anybody in particular without the Who, but really the Who was still a likeable band with him as the face of the band (before the 80s). It hasn't been the same since Pete Townshend started convincing everyone else in the band that he was the best thing to ever happen to the Who, and that nobody else was good enough to question him. At least Roger Daltry seems like a guy who had some heart.

The guy was so surprised and embarrassed at the same time when he got stabbed that he didnt even try to take the knife from the assailant, all he could do was stand there and turn white, even whiter than he already was.

What you read on urban dictionary is not comedy. Comedy is intentional, when you go to a comedy show, you go to watch a guy tell jokes on purpose. Anybody not telling jokes on stage isn't meant to be taken as a comedian, even if you thought something they typed was funny, it doesn't make the person who typed it a comedian.
You can watch hbo, rent a movie, listen to a comedy album, read a comedy book, or go to a show for comedy. That's what the comedians make shows, books, and albums for, what they say is meant to be taken as a joke, since comedy is intentional. If its not intentional comedy, its most likely intended as something other than comedy.
