Literature

Literature is the all-inclusive term used to describe instructions or other small-typed text found in various products in small booklets or otherwise. A classic example of "fine American literature" would be Johnson & Johnson's literature on their rectal thermometers (see below).
An example of American literature:

"Every Rectal Thermometer made by Johnson & Johnson is personally tested and then sanitized." -from literature of rectal thermometers made by Johnson and Johnson

White Screen of Death

The White Screen of Death is any screen with a white background that appears on an iPod when it is broken beyond repair. These screens are usually accompanied by a face with red X's for eyes and a frowny face and says something like "Please go to apple.com/support for assistance".

A white screen of death is almost guarenteed after dropping an iPod (along with a cracked screen), dropping the iPod in water, someone steps on the iPod or the stars align in such a way that your iPod just suddenly doesn't work for no apparent reason. This is linked to the Blue Screen of Death in old Windows computers and also the Red Ring of Death in XBox 360's.

Diet pills

Diet pills are pills, taken like Advil or Tylenol, that supposedly increase your metabolism and burn more calories. Some diet pills get over people's psychological block that is holding them back from losing weight but the ones that really do work on your metabolism have been proven to be dangerous. Countless investigations by government agencies and high-ranking officials to private investigators have looked into the world of diet pills resulting in lawsuits, damage reports and in some cases the pressing of criminal charges.

A famous example of a diet pill and a famous model for it would be TrimSpa and Anna Nicole Smith respectively. Smith appeared in several advertisements for the diet pill ranging from television commercials, radio commercials and other forms of marketing. Her death was not related to consumption of TrimSpa.

Crazy Taxi

Crazy Taxi is a classic Dreamcast game that was converted to fit other platforms like the PS2 and others. The goal of the game is to get people to their destination as quick as possible. The quicker you get them there and the fewer cars you hit on the way the more money you'll get.

There are several moves that you can do with your car to help you like the crazy dash, crazy drift, crazy stop and others which must be mastered for best use. These however are either highly dangerous or impossible for a real car considering both the damage to your transmition and the physics behind them.
