Ethan Couch --- and by extension, his absurdly-indulgent father, who offered to actually buy da school so dat his Little Prince could be coddled da way he preferred --- seemed to view da standard school-rules as being "cryteria" merely because they required him to behave himself and treat da staff and his classmates in a reasonable and decent manner.

Get the aromorymug. A pulpit culpit --- I mean, a pulprit culprit... whatever! A creepy preacher who uses terrifying "fire and brimstone" tales to try to scare his parishioners into following his own pet version of religion.
Warren Jeffs was a classic menaceter in that he used fear of the "Great One" to pressure his congregation to do his selfish and often-illegal bidding.

A religious fanatic who takes his beliefs to such an extreme that he makes himself --- and unfortunately, often those around him, as well --- literally insane... whether they're so-called "believers" or not, everyone connected with said radical becomes totally "demented".
What with all of his despicable Fundementalist beliefs, teachings, and actions, it's no wonder that Warren Jeffs created such a depraved cesspool of humanity and eventually ended up in so much hot water!

Da group of teeth-grindingly wrathful terrorists whom Doc Brown had tricked into giving him their plutonium with the understanding that he would incorporate it into a bomb that he'd been contracted to build for them, but instead he used said radioactive material to power his totally-for-peaceful-purposes time-machine.
Doc Brown found out da hard way dat da Libyan gnashionalists did not take kindly to having their trust --- and their plutonium --- repurposed in a way they had not intended. Fortunately for Doc, he wore a bulletproof vest da second time, and so things worked out fine in da end... Doc got to power his time machine, and da terrorists didn't blow up innocent people with their "bomb" which turned out to be just a container of old parts from pinball-machines.

Get the Libyan gnashionalistsmug. A piece of moving-parts apparatus dat is manufactured in da famous holy city in western Saudi Arabia.
Maybe one widely-used meccanism would be crawler-tracks for installing on desert vehicles, so dat they could venture out onto da sand without so much worry about getting bogged down in da dunes.
