A person, place, or thing, that is run down, worn out, or not up to the standards of the person uttering the phrase.

Man, that car is bit up, it looks like it was in a drive-by from all the rust holes in the door.

Usually refers to an item that is smashed beyond recognition. Can also refer to run-down automobiles, cars, houses, or other personal effects.

Man, did you see that old Nintendo someone left in that garbage can back there? It's so stomped out it looks like a puzzle.

Acronym for "Itty Bitty Titty Committee". Usually used to describe women (or men) with a lack of flesh mounds.
