A device used for smoking cannabis widespread throughout the southwest of england. It consists of a bottle cut off at the bottom with a plastic bag taped over the end. Suction is created at the cap by pulling the bag down. This sucks your cannabis smoke into the bottle and bag, and the whole bottle bag is taken at once providing a great rush. All previous entries can only be explained by the extreme likelihood that they were written by mentally-handicapped and racist children, who walked in on their mothers having extra-marital intercourse with red-haired men. Recently, magazines such as tatler, vogue, and numerous newspapers have heralded this the age of 'the ginger' and have called it the new blonde. Such articles published a list of numerous celebrities who have dyed their hair red as part of the trend.

Get the gingermug. One of the best towns in Connecticut, known for the academic excellence of their school system, and beautiful homes. Based on Mastery Test, and SAT scores, has the "smartest" school system in the state of Connecticut, and are ranked number 6 in the country, for the same statistic.
I live in Simsbury, possibly the best town in Connecticut, and it doesn't matter that my family pays so much in taxes because I have one of the best education systems in the country.
