Used as an emphatic way of saying Why? to emphasize that the one being spoken to will never get anywhere. This even has a way of provoking them.

Tom: “Todd, would you like to trade your plain snow hat, deerstalker hat and overcoat for my pompon snow hat, baseball cap and jacket?”

Todd: “Hwhy?”
Tom: (provoked)“Because I hate my mediocre winter gear and want to wear impressive winter gear!”

a fellow who is completely bald, or the head itself. So called because such a head looks round. Such guys may be labeled as nerds or outcasts, on account of their ugly heads.

Kenny,Kevin,Tom,Jamie,Matt,Robert,William,Uriah,Harun,and Jim all had their heads shaved,so now they're roundheads. They stink and look ugly,but as long as they're content,so be it.

As a noun,this term means a fellow regarded as gay,effeminate,or a weakling. As an adjective,it is applied to things,such as clothes,associated with such men or boys.

Kenny,Kevin,Uriah,Hayden,Harvey,Harun,Jim,Jamie,Matt,Matt,Robert,Bill,Tom,Fargo and Theo are all pansies. They all wear pansy garments like baseball caps and winter jackets,instead of impressive headgear and overcoats.
