Ridley

A large, highly intelligent purple dragon like creature in the Metroid games. He has appeared in every metroid game besides metroid II and Metroid prime 2. He is highly intelligant and is a war strategy genoius. There is some debate as to weather he is a creation of the space pirate forces, controlled by the Mother Brian, or if he is himself the leader of the pirate forces. a robotic version of ridley was built and dubbed "mecha-ridley" while his remains where repaired with cybernetic enhancements such as stinger missle lauchers, force feild powered wings, enhanced alloy armor, and mouth emmited laser beam, In this form he was called "Meta-Ridley". In Metroid Fusion his frozen remains where posessed by an X-parasite and he became a larger bulkier creature known as "X-Ridley".

Meta Ridley in Metroid Prime was so freakin hard to kill!

Mother Brain

The large biomechanical brain from the metroid games. It was featured as a boss in 3 of the games. The mother brain is a giant brain in a glass case that acted as a giant computer for the space pirate forces. It bears one large eye capable of launching energy attacks and has indestructable gun turrets protecting it. The mother brain gets its energy from long columns of nerves in her chamber called zebetites. In Metroid for NES, Samus had to destroy zebetite barriers to get to the mother brain. In super metroid for the SNES, The mother brain had a huge bio-mechanical body built for the sole perpous of killing samus. In this form it had a hyper eye beam, and was able to spew projectiles at samus.

The mother braind is a bitch to kill!

metroid

1: an AWESOME game serial by nintendo featuring the bounty hunter Samus Aran, the first female videogame hero.

2: A creature in the afore mentioned game. THese creatures express predetory and parasitic tendancies in that they latch on to their victims with their large mandibles and syphon the life-force out of them, leaving the victim dead and the metroid larger. They are green with a gelatinous but tough exterior shell containing 4 nucliei. They where created by the Chozo to keep the X-parasites on planet SR388 in check. In metroid they can only be killed by freezing them then shooting 5 missiles at them.

space pirates

A race of war-like sentiants in the Metroid games. These creatures are insect like in appearance and about 8 feel tall. They have claw like hands/rifles and sonetimes energy scythes. Some of them can render themselves invisable and they are known to experiment on their own kind to create biological weapons. They have set up base on a number of planets, most notably planet Zebes, Planet Tallon IV, and planet Aether. Their main objectives include destrying Samus, breeding metroids as a weapon, and harnessing the power of the mutagent phazon. They are responsible for orphaning samus when they raided her space colony K2-L when she was a child.

Space pirates are really fraking cool looking, but are sometimes a bitch and a half to kill.

Chizz

The cheese flavored, jizz-like substance used to cheese-up macaroni and cheese. It is highly concentrated and if you eat it streight it tastes like salty crap.
