Passout-Thirty

Used on any day of the week as the time when you pass out (usually after being drunk). Used most frequently at the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire. Does not pertain to times before midnight or after 6am.

Fugly, which is clearly defined in the other definitions, is only the beginning of a group of words which can be used to describe things. Works with any number of words. Fugly, fretarded, etc. The point is, you can make them up, as long as the word works with an f in front of it.
