Hym "Whatever conservatives are doing is 'America First.' Therefore, the statement 'We are doing this because they are "refusing to put America first" ' translates to 'We are doing this because you are refusing to "do what I say" ' So... Competence ceiling

The reason these companies can adopt these woke policies because all positions are designed to be interchangeable cogs and you only need to me SO competent to work there. The amount of money you would hypothetically gain by hiring someone else is irrelevant.
