Hym "I can't think of a Jew joke... I actually don't know much about Judaism, now that I think about it... They think they are chosen by God and that wearing a little hat makes a reality monster happy. Ha! Hey, remember when we all sat idly by, butthole aquiver, while a crazy person was about to hammer a bunch of retards to death? *Sigh*😌 Good times.... "

Get the Jew mug.It is a good word to describe last night.
Iam "They were pretty overt last night... It was a little disconcerting..."
Hym "I know! And they didn't even send my neighbor over so I could slut her out!"
Iam "Well... They must not be keeping as good of track of us as they think. The one seemed salutary" 🤷
Hym "That just means we have a bunch of underutilized minions running about..."
Iam "I suppose..."
Hym *sigh* "This has turned into a quite the cluster-fuck..." 🤦

Get the Overt mug.Is how it's supposed existence is demonstrated, right? They usually use this binary prompt-response scenario. Like "Think of a city. Now did you pick the the specific city or was it random?" And I think that's the wrong way to conceptualize it.
Hym "So, my problem with determinism (at least in this example of determinism) is that although I don't choose the specific city, I still activate the 'mode' that searches for city and I can choose not to do it and prevent a city from coming to mind OR I can misfire. It's like a hat with with slips of paper in it and, on the slips of paper, are the names of cities. Now, you can prompt me to think of 'city.' I can choose to reach into the hat. And only then do I get a random city. But what I DON'T get is 'Nissan' or 'helicopter' or 'banana' or 'dog.' I activate the mode that searches for city and I reach into the hat. See, as I have it conceptualized, thought exists in this nebulous, un-articulated format. So, to get language I need to activate some kind of process. And prompt response ISN'T THE SAME as what I'm doing when I'm monologing. I'm running that nebulous, un-articulated thought-matter through a lexicon that corresponds with my native language. But I am that which activates modes. I can can turn it on or off like a switch. It can also misfire while I'm not paying attention. So, yeah... I think it's a failure to properly conceptualize and a failure to compartmentalize."

Get the My problem with determinism mug.I gotta say, I do feel a lot less of this since I started watching liberal news-media. It's like a bag of ice placed gently on my testicles.
Hym "How can you argue the OnlyFans girls aren't responsible for their customers overspending while simultaneously arguing that the Youtube shit-heads are responsible for whether or not their content has radicalized their viewers. Not that anyone has done this but you can see the parallel. All that aside, I've clearly been radicalized and it's entirely Jordan Peterson's faults. Blame him for whatever I do because he KNOWS that's it's him. And not me Hym. He's the guy. Not me. I've never done anything wrong until he did the thing he did."

Get the Radicalized mug.No it's not a joke. I'm better than that fucking retard and if you replace the word "retard" with "Incel" I sound like 99% of you. And the evidence is his life is literally being sustained by a team of people. I was a cog in a literal human dialysis machine to maintain his existence.
Hym "There's nothing arbitrary about it. Why should I be expect to associate with someone who considers me a second class citizen in their own life? This applies to the retard and the whore and if I don't have a SAY IN or even a right to know what's going on around me how is that not second class citizen. If I'm equal to or worse than the retard, I'll take my free pills and living space now."

Get the Arbitrary mug.Hym "They're either doing it or they're not. I don't have to accept incredulity just because you don't want to tell a blind person whether or not he was correct when he asserted that the sky was blue. 'Well, I guess you need to find a way to become not blind.' I'm not doing it. 'Well, you're blind so there's nothing you can do about it.' And you're the one mocking the blind as they flounder around in the dark. You just want me to let you lead me. You want me to HAVE to let you lead me. It's a mandate. I'm not doing it. I'm not suffering the consequences of your own decisions I'm suffer at your hands."

Get the They're either doing it or they're not mug.Oh my God I made Asian Daphne from HBO Velma! Ok, obviously my first character was a Qunari mage named only Saarebas but Asian redhead with an asymmetrical haircut? Wow! I just now started watching Velma season 2 (because I ALWAYS get a season 2) and what is the first thing I see? My Veilguard character! Did I not say that earlier? Did I not say that I make Asian looking redheads when I play Dragon Age? I didn't even connect the dots until right now. The hair physics in that game are insane. *Alwayd hide helmet*
Hym "I've been playing Veilguard for the past week or so and I don't really see what the problem is yet. I, at the very least, expected to play Dragon Age 2 with new mechanics and that's what I got. My criticisms are thus: Some of the voice active is discordant with the overall tone of the game. Specifically Bellara. That being said, she's my favorite companion. SO... I don't really care. It has some awkward or clunky climbing mechanics. You go to jump up on something small and you jump to shallow and then it puts you in the 'barely reached the ledge' animation and it's like 'Fuck me! It's 3 feet of the fucking ground!' And it takes forever. OR! Or, you get a weird angle on one of Lucianus' hand constructs and instead of getting the climb animation you get the vault animation and now you're in the river.

I heard someone criticize the difficulty but you can make it harder on yourself by not using revival charges (I'm only playing on underdog atm). It's not a Soul-borne game so how hard do you expect it to be. Another was the companions serve no purpose other than their skills and the passives you gain from their weapons and armor. Which is true. I do miss being able to control my team or even having my main character go down and having to salvage an encounter by defeating an enemy with the surviving characters. It makes it so that you have no relationship with the characters outside of the dialogue. The combat is good though. New defense mechanics or good. You can buffer the charge attacks into your basic combos or after your running/jumping attacks with the warriors. So that's cool I guess. The gauge building perks in the skill tree allowed me to construct my evoker in such a way that I'm able to spam abilities in between using the fully-charged staff combo. Which makes the mage fun to use. Playing mage is usually a chore. Got to level 43 before I started my next character. I enjoy it. Veilguard gets an 8 out of 10. Skill tree is big. Offers a lot of reply value. I would like to see a full 180 back to Dragon Age: Origins-Style gameplay. But that's just me."
