It's important to stay hydrated with Water and Gatorade and Gatorade Zero, drink a protein shake before workout, eat healthy, and have a protein rich meal right after the workout. But SARMs give you that extra edge to build muscle.
SARMs come in powder, gummies, and liquid.
How to use. You take your dose of SARMs for a month and you have to add a testosterone base (Also known as test base). You take a higher dose of Enclomiphene when you use the SARM. You use the SARM for a month or less. Enclomiphene raises testosterone levels because SARMs can lower testosterone levels, so Enclomiphene balances things out.
Then you take a 4 to 6 week break and take a lower dose of Enclomiphene for the first 15 days. The break and the Enclomiphene is called Post Cycle Therapy.
Also, Cardarine is grouped in with SARMs even though it's not a SARM. It helps with cardio.
Onions and Avocado are good for you and so is beef and chicken and also fish. You can still have your favorite foods, but with moderation.
Also, there's DMAA (Dimethylamylamine, Geranamine), which is a pre-workout.

Then you stack SARMs with Enclomiphene (boost testosterone) 12.5mg to 25mg to counteract negative side effects of SARMs such as lowered testosterone and gyno e2 man boobs. Nolvadex is a medication used in PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) after SARMs use. 20mg of Nolvadex a day for 30 days after about 30 days of SARMs and Enclomiphene means that you prevent the risk of gyno and man boobs after SARMs and Enclomiphene.
Steve: I tried RAD-140 (SARMs) and Enclomiphene for 30 days. Then used Nolvadex for PCT (Post Cycle Therapy).

Acid salting is when you add HCl gas to an Amine to turn the freebase Amine dissolved in dry ethanol into an HCl salt. An example is bubbling HCl gas to turn freebase Propylhexedrine dissolved in ethanol into Propylhexedrine HCl. It also works with Amphetamine (A), Methamphetamine (MA), Ethylamphetamine (EA), MDA, MDMA, MDEA, Mephentermine, Modafinil, Propranolol, and more. Adding HCl acid solution works too, but it's more difficult to get powder and crystals.
Tony: I'm acid salting Propylhexedrine freebase dissolved in ethanol to turn it into Propylhexedrine HCl powder. Then cleaning it with dry Acetone.

A Patrick Moment is when you do something and you forget. Like when Patrick ate a chocolate bar and forgot he ate a chocolate bar. Then SpongeBob didn't eat his chocolate bar. Then Patrick accused SpongeBob of stealing his chocolate bar and SpongeBob was willing to share half of his chocolate bar only if Patrick admit SpongeBob didn't steal it. Then since Patrick didn't, SpongeBob was rubbing it in about the chocolate bar (it was funny). The part where Patrick said "You took my only food! Now I'm going to starve!" while showing a huge vainy belly was also funny. Sometimes you remember and realize you had a Patrick Moment, but it's too late!
