Beavis and Butthead Do America

A freaking hilarious 1996 movie based on the MTV animated series Beavis and Butthead. The plot of the film finds the duo looking for their stolen TV and, in doing so, becoming involved in the plot of two crooks and end up becoming "the most dangerous men in America".

Mike Judge, who also is the creator of the series, naturally voices the duo (among other series regulars) in the film, while guest voices for the film include Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, Robert Stack, Cloris Leachman, Greg Kinnear, and David Letterman (though he was credited under a different name). The film's soundtrack includes music from White Zombie, Isaac Hayes, Rancid, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and AC/DC.
I was gonna go to a party tonight, but I didn't feel well so I ended up watching Beavis and Butthead Do America.

Overdefense

Term applying to combat games. When your computer-cotrolled opponent is almost impossible to hurt because they are using defense (or any method to avoid harm) at least 93% of the time. Almost certain to turn a terrific victory into a frustrating (and-if other people are present-humiliating) defeat.
I had a great run in Mortal Kombat until Johnny Cage started using overdefense and cost me everything.

Ron Paul

A batshit insane politician who presents himself as Libertarian fringe candidate, but in reality is no different than your average Conservative-Republican. Claims to be a champion of personal liberty when he has voiced opposition to gay rights and separation of church and state and has come out as rather hostile towards immigrants, minorities and pretty much anyone who isn't white. People who support him are mostly college kids and young adults who jumped on the bandwagon when they heard he wants to legalize drugs or ex-republicans who still wanted to hate the left and the government.
If you support Ron Paul, I urge you to read a little more about him, and think for yourself if he's truly that great. I'm not saying don't support him, I myself actually agree with him on some issues, but don't just join a political movement just because it's becoming this cool new thing to do.

The Damned Things

Hard Rock/Heavy Metal supergroup made up of Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano of Anthrax, Keith Buckley and Josh Newton of Every Time I Die, and Joe Thorman and Andy Hurley of Fall Out Boy, formed in 2010. They released their debut album "Ironiclast" and the first single "We've got a situation here" in Dec. 2010.
John went to see The Damned Things and was very impressed-and he doesn't even like Fall Out Boy or Anthrax.

Tea Party Movement

A political action movement started by right-wing nutcases like Sarah Palin filled with greed and a refusal to share, treat others the way one would want to be treated, or follow any of that stuff people are supposed to learn in kindergarten.
Democrat: Look I'm sure we can find a way to work out financial differences here.

Tea party movement supporter: NO! I DON'T WANT TO WORK OUT ANYTHING!! I WANT IT! I WANT IT! I WANT IT! MINE! MINE! MINE! MINE!

Democrat: Maybe all you need is a pair of pants you didn't piss in I guess.

Everyday is halloween

A song by legendary Industrial Metal act Ministry from 1984. Usually found only on compilation albums. The song was written in defense of the Goth subculture and criticizes making fun of people who are different. The song greatly represents Ministry's early synthpop style and was rarely performed in concert after the band became Industrial Metal.
Ministry fan A: Dude Ministry's a great band.

Ministry fan B: The only album you have by them is Psalm 69. Great album, but if you were a real fan you'd have a copy of the song Everyday is Halloween, you may not even believe it is Ministry.
