A combination of titting (to suck a tit, or to let someone suck your tit), twitching (to slightly convulse), twit (rather a British word used for silly, foolish, or dumb), ticking (to be in the act of making a really cringy tik tok), and witting (when you act smart, and you use a lot of 'smart words' to act smart, but you're actually stupid).

To twitch while you suck someone's tits, when you are a twit, while making a tik tok, and then to wit.
