modern primitive
A person of Western World background who engages in behaviors of body modification, emulating tribal behaviors of African nations (and other primitive parts of the world). These behaviors include stretched earlobes, extreme tattooing and other modification.
On the Show "Mad Mad House", the modern primitive has stretched lobes and a body suit. His look is very tribal.

A person who is more than 80% covered in tattoos is said to have a body suit. The torso, arms and legs are covered. Sometimes, the hands, neck, face and feet are left bare.

blowout
The expelsion of tissue from the back of a piercing if you are gauging too quickly. The tissue will "blow out" the back of the hole and heal in a lump, causing uneven stretching, tearing or other problems.
