Early Doors 

Early doors refers to any situation where someone arrives earlier than is customary for an event. Its meaning is not restricted to drinking binges gone horribly wrong
"The Queen's Head will be busy at lunch with all those bikers there."

interoperability 

The ability of a component to work well with other components, even if those components are made by different companies (or other entities). Often used to describe a computer software component that uses standard interfaces, file formats, etc. to work with well with industry standards.
Windows' printer driver architecture allows a PC to have great interoperability with a wide variety of printing devices.

Yes, it is commonly known as "fucked up beyond all repair" or "all recognition." But I believe it was originally coined in the military, which has a penchant for acronyms, as "fouled up beyond all repair." You don't have to say "fucked." You can just say "fouled."

Ambulance Chaser 

A journalist who races to accidents and fires in order to take pictures and sell more newspapers. Similar to paparazzi.
In an effort to sell more papers, the Tribune has more ambulance chasers than real journalists.
