Polynesia

Polynesia is the syndrome or state of forgetting, not being able to remember, all the (other) people you're fucking. It's a type of amnesia, caused by guilt feelings. It is often triggered by a comment from or the presence of a jealous lover or one that would prefer monogamy.

A Dead Stream is a very small quantity of urine, either a small amount, a weak stream, or completely unable to piss. A symptom of prostate enlargement blocking the flow or urine out of the bladder and in the urethra, a/k/a benign prostatic hypertrophy.

The line for the men's room was all the way down the hall because of all the Dead Stream geezers standing in front of the urinals and not able to pee hardly anything anything at all.
