londoncentric
A word used to describe the attitude of Londoners who seem incapable of realising that places other than London even exist. It describes the attitude that London is the centre of the universe and that anywhere else in the country or even the rest of the world is unimportant and not worthy of their attention. In short it describes people whose heads are so far up their own arseholes that if their eyes aren't brown then they ought to be.

londoncentric
Londoncentric means centred on London (the one in the United Kingdom not Kentucky USA). Only achieving wider use during January 2014, it describes the apparent belief, of pundits and prognosticators on the politcal and economic situation in Britain, that what is happening in London applies to the country as a whole.
In an interview on Channel 4 News, Chuka Umunna, Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, used the word Londoncentric when replying to a question concerning the British Government's economic figures.

CNA
CNA stands for Certified Nursing Assistant. These are people who are underpaid and usually underappreciated. They work hard, doing the menial or unpleasant jobs which, if they weren't done would make the patients life intolerable. They usually carry out their work with no fuss and are frequently moaned at by the patients they look after. Nurses tend to look down on them, and it was possibly from this quarter that they received the sobriquet 'Cleaner of Nasty Arses'.
Pain in the bum
Pain in the bum is a British slang equivalent of pain in the ass. The bum in this case isn't an American bum, but a English bum which is a slightly less vulgar equivalent of arse, or if you are American ass. At one time, certainly during during the seventeenth century the word bum wasn't considered vulgar at all, one Gentleman Soldier, fighting for the King during the English Civil War, recorded how on one occasion the going was so difficult that he "slipped and fell on my bum".

BOHOF
Acronym standing for Back Of Hand On Forehead. Usually applied to those people, male or female, who are drama queens and who make major obstacles out of minor difficulties. It goes back to the old silent movie dramas where, when the villain had the heroine in his evil clutches, she'd go all weak at the knees and the back of her hand would go to her forehead. The epitome of overdramatic exaggeration.
Heale
An alternative spelling for heel. The word itself is usually applied to someone who is a total tosser, waste of space or OIC and derives from the British upper class pronounciation of 'hole' (heale) an abbreviation of the word 'arsehole' (awseheale). It was used by upper classes as an 'in' word to describe people they didn't like, social climbers, nouveau riche and so on who wouldn't know what it meant. It gained wider usage due to the internet and period dramas so more and more people found out what it meant and began using it. It's major use now is when some upper class twit, or someone who thinks thay are, wants to pile on the agony and uses it about someone knowing that they will overhear or that it will get back to them and that they know what it means.
Cock Happy
A description that can be applied to a male or female.
