Coronasomnia

Also known as Covid-somnia. Experiencing sleeplessness—getting arguably less than seven hours of sleep—due to the stress of life during the coronavirus crisis, with possible long-term health hazards like obesity, depression, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

Covid-🇦🇷

When Argentina imposed the “millionaires’ tax” on its wealthiest citizens, which numbers around 12,000, to help pay for medical supplies and relief for businesses impacted by Covid-19.
Taxing the rich further, which the Opposition called “confiscatory” seems to be a first step for Argentinians to recover from Covid-🇦🇷, as the money raised from the “one-off” levy would also help the poor and fund scholarships.

The name North Korea plans to christen its locally developed Covid-19 single-shot vaccine, which can be kept at regular refrigerated temperatures—it has allegedly been shown to be 91% effective in a Phase 3 trial involving no less than a quarter million human guinea pigs.

Covid-🇧🇷

When Brazil is ranked the world’s worst country in handling the coronavirus pandemic—whose death toll is second to the US—which is led by a Trump-like or nationalist character, who has made light of the Covid-19 threat, mocked mask-wearing, opposed lockdowns, and contracted the virus himself.
What are the odds that Brazil, which relies on China’s half-baked vaccines, might end up registering more corona infections and deaths than the US in containing Covid-🇧🇷 in coming weeks or months due to its rogue leader’s weak leadership or ineptitude?

Covid-🇹🇿

When Tanzania’s President cautions health officials against acquiring Covid-19 vaccines, which could harm the people, who should not be used as “guinea pigs”; instead, the faithful Catholic leader recommends prayers and traditional medicine to fight the coronavirus.
Because God will continue to protect Tanzanians from any plague, even with the recent rise in mortality rate, the president who self-declared the country corona-free last year thinks that implementing a lockdown, or vaccinating the population, is a false security rather than a necessity in containing Covid-🇹🇿.
