A person, usually a broke college student, who is incredibly frail and weak, and who genuinely believes that communism or socialism is a good thing. Nevermind the fact that under any such government, they never would've been able to go to college anyways. Nevermind the fact that communism leads to the least amount of economic mobility for the bottom 80%. Nevermind that, because Todd wants communism. Todd wants it because he wanted his useless theater degree, but he can't pay for it.

A YouTumor usually has a high-pitched voice, and their videos often consist of excessively yelling and/or emoting so as to appeal to a younger and/or less developed demographic. Upon seeing one of these videos, you'll immediately wonder why people purposely choose to watch and support it.
