A person, usually a broke college student, who is incredibly frail and weak, and who genuinely believes that communism or socialism is a good thing. Nevermind the fact that under any such government, they never would've been able to go to college anyways. Nevermind the fact that communism leads to the least amount of economic mobility for the bottom 80%. Nevermind that, because Todd wants communism. Todd wants it because he wanted his useless theater degree, but he can't pay for it.

Look at all the soyrades on Twitter! They're tweeting from their smartphones and laptops - two great inventions of capitalism - about how capitalism is bad. Boo-fucking-hoo!

flea on meth

Something that jumps around a lot.

A flea normally jumps around quite a bit, but imagine one on speed (or meth, since it sounds better than speed). That would be chaotic.

Joe, my son, had a bottle of Coke, and for the next few hours, he was jumping around like a flea on meth.
