Something that the fans of a Fandom came up with that isn't Canon to the actual story or character. Not to be confused with Headcannon, which is a personal fanon that is usually only used by you or a small group.

The curtains were just blue

There's no symbolism in this form of media, and there's no reason to look that deep into it.

Or meaning not to look that deep into something (The curtains are just blue)

"Hey, calm down, the curtains are just blue. Don't look that deep into it."

For free?

Used when a person's feet are in a picture. It comes from the fact that a lot of people are sexually attracted to feet, and some will even pay to see them. The feet do not have to be the main focus point/subject of the image for this to be used.
