Chief Data Monkey 

Often confused in the wild to be the leader over an individual(s) of limited intellect and skills within an organization that can only mine or move data around from one place to another. But in fact, the Chief Data Monkey is a new species that has command of massive amounts of data that can be turned into information and insights for individuals to make better decisions. Organizations are sprouting up around "Big Data" and calling on these individuals to help make sense of the data both big and small that have impact on markets, science and governments. The challenge for governments and large enterprises becomes who should own big data initiatives that cross over entire departments and organizations. Stroad

Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
