A high end nigger who owns a yacht that was bought with nigger lottery money (I.e. Welfare) and wears us polo assn

polo shirts with v-neck sweaters on top, khaki pants, and boat shoes. Instead of consuming wine and hors d'ouevres like typical yacht billionaires, the yacht nigger consumes 40's and ribs and chittlins. Instead of smoking a pipe tobacco like a yacht snob he smokes a crack pipe.

I'm going on a cruise on a yacht nigger's vessel. Wish me luck I probably won't live to see Monday.

Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
