When you spend half an hour styling your hair to perfection, only to have it destroyed by the damned wind 2 minutes after you leave your house.

Where someone goes outside on a windy day and the wind completely destroys their appearance thus leaving them with no time to correct themselves before reaching their destination.
Can also be used as an excuse for looking messy on occasions.

1: What happened to your hair today???
2: I was windraped on the way to work.
