windrape

Where someone goes outside on a windy day and the wind completely destroys their appearance thus leaving them with no time to correct themselves before reaching their destination.
Can also be used as an excuse for looking messy on occasions.

1: What happened to your hair today???
2: I was windraped on the way to work.

or

1: I got up late today but I'm gonna say I was windraped so nobody can moan at how badly I'm dressed.
