A whiny pickle is generally a term for a lad/lass from England, who tends to complain and moan about the state of affairs of the world at large. Someone who suffers a colonial hangover, is a closet racist and wrongly assumes that the British were the best thing to happen to the civilized world, comfortably ignoring the atrocities committed by the British on the rest of the world.

I can't believe Jake called Raj a curry muncher. He's such a whiny pickle.
