wheelability

A term which is used to refer to a girls disposition towards being seduced at a social event. Excludes sluts as they do not require wheeling, therefore do not posses a grade of wheelability.

guy- " I want to try hooking up with that blonde over there"

2nd guy- " Good luck, from what i've heard she gets an F for wheelability
