The act where a young female and young male are in a "phase" before dating. Like flirting but a bit more commitment. Includes talking, hugging, kissing, hand holding, flirting ect. Basically another term for dating but less awkward and more teen friendly.

Darren: "me and Michelle are wheeling"
Cody: "sick wheels man"

When two people like each other and everyone knows and they act like they're dating but they're not. But it usually leads to dating. Also contains, flirting, hand holding, kissing, cuddling, etc. Basically everything a couple would do just without the name "couple"
