An exclamation following disbelief/shock/awe. Stronger than "what the heck" but milder than "what the hell". Use this phrase in moderation because if you overuse it you sound like a dumbass.

Guy 1: I can shove twelve hot dogs up my asshole!
Guy 2: What the helk?
