The past tense of "wammer" which is the act of accidentally slamming one's penis on an object. It can also be thought of as hammering with a wang.

Combination of "Wasted" and "Hammered". Commonly used at parties where excessive drinking is occuring. Spoken when one self is past the "Wasted" and "Hammered" level, but not quite at the "Passed out" level.
