Not viewable in the conventional color spectrum. Politically correct way of saying invisible; something to use at the department of Health and Human Services when claiming for general assistance or Medicaid.

Joe became visually challenging as he is very quiet and doesn't have enough nonsense happening around him to keep a good cover going.
