trendbot

A person whose behavior and thinking is fad-friendly, who does not evaluate and look for deeper meaning or give much thought to long-term consequences. Impulsively follows the crowd or other trendlings down the path of least emotional resistance.

Synonyms: sheep, lemming, robot, mindless.

Antonyms: mindful, unsheeply, unsheepable, thoughtful, analytical.

Don't be such a trendbot -- think about the issues, don't just follow friends (society, culture, advertising, false revolutions, propaganda) mindlessly.

Trendite

So apparently I'm not cool enough to get the extra discount like the other hipsters in front of me, the cashier was such a trendite with her $400 dumpster jeans and her obscure t-shirts.

The waiter is a trendist because he chose the well dressed guests to be seated at the best spots while those who dress too casually gets the back corner seats.
