the oposite of dirtbag, as another word (cleanbag). A tortbag defines a person who who is very clean and pleasant. Living a tortbag lifestyle is when the person is committed to living to the point of employment and other very clean and pleasant norms.

Cause I’m just an adult tortbag, honeyy. or, My friend is the biggest tortbag imaginable, she is so clean and pleasant smelling!

Totbag 

A small child or tot (usually from the age of 5-9 or anybody younger then you) who is acting extremely annoying at the time.

Older kid- Hey little dude whats up?
Tot- Oh nothing i just remember your fat and ugly and stupid
(Kid was just promoted to totbag status)
