An agreement made between a fast food employee and a really drunk female or females to show ones titties in exchange for free tacos. This type of exchange usually occurs late at night in the Taco Bell drive-thru with extremely inebriated participants who have the drunk munchies.
Taco Bell employee: "Welcome to Taco Bell, can I take your order?"
Driver: "Titties for tacos! Got a hot chick in here willing to show her titties for some free tacos!"
Taco Bell employee: "Um... Go ahead and place your order."
Driver: "Titties for tacos! Got a hot chick in here willing to show her titties for some free tacos!"
Taco Bell employee: "Um... Go ahead and place your order."
