a pair of flashy, colorful shoes that the wearer keeps super fresh. typically being fairly large, being the male version of uggz. i.e. jordans, Air Force ones, Dadas, etc.

"some punk ass fool stepped on my reebok pumps at the club! I was so pissed cuz I just bought those thugalugs like three days ago"

The action of pouring salt on a slug and then sounding somebody with it while robbing them.
