The Nameless Mod

Derived from the ultimate God game of Games: Deus Ex. The Nameless Mod (TNM) was created by a group of gaming enthusiasts over a period of seven (yes, SEVEN) years. DEDICATION FTW. It is based around an internet forum city, where you play the protagonist, an ex-moderator called Trestkon. You choose which side to play on. You choose your friends, and your enemies. The game relies on your sneaking, spying, tricking, fighting, outwitting and outsmarting the other side.

Warren Spector (creator of Deus Ex) personally lauded this mod in the Off Topic Productions forum.
Australian PC PowerPlay magazine gave it a 9/10.
TNM also made first place Mod DB's Editor's Choice for Single-Player Mod of the Year.

One of the most notorious nightclubs in Berlin, Germany during the "decadent" Weimar Republic area of the 1920s. The usual show consisted of short acts, skits, and songs, etc. performed by "amateurs." (i.e, nameless or unknown) In reality the "performers" were almost always mentally or physically handicapped people chosen specifically because they had no actual talent and were presented solely so the audience of tourists and "intellectual" slummers could laugh at them for "entertainment." The diminuative Jewish Master of Ceremonies, Erwin Lowinsky, was the inspiration for the character protrayed famously by Joel Grey in the much toned down stage production, "Cabaret." Also the club was more distantly an inspiration for the equally infamous '70s TV show "The Gong Show."

Come to the Cabaret of the Nameless and leave your decency behind.

Law of the Nameless

The application of scrutiny towards any statement which claims to know a general or specific consensus without citing polls or metadata. Identification of an appeal to vapid congruence.

Don’t know the specifics of the case, but the general consensus seems to be that the internet mob overplayed their hand.

Consensus of who? Perhaps it's time for the Law of the Nameless. The thing is, this is playing out in a United States court.

Nameless the beggar

A common disreputable, sometimes malodorous and always random vagrant. Not distinguished by any noteworthy individual characteristics. Notable only for his shared tastes in fashion and career choices with his fellow beggar brethren as well as his penchant for interpretive dance and impromptu awkward public singing.
