“that’s chap” could mean 2 different things , it all depends on the situation. “that’s chap” could mean “damn, thats tuff” or “hell nah”

•“wanna come hit dis club up?”

me : “that’s chap”

• “i ran out of gas”

me: “that’s chap”.

2. used in a sarcastic manner.

1. Guy 1: "dude i just got 1000 dollars!!!"

Guy 2: " That's Chappers."

2.Guy 1. : "hey i just had sexual relations with your mom!"

Guy 2. : "that's chappers dude."

The phrase used to attach mock signifgance to an event stated by others. It is ussually reserved for statements made that display a complete lack of imagination or humor.

Steve: I put a mirror on the floor so i could look at my anus.
