Verb - the act of running and tackling someone in a massive, joyous hug. A combination of the words "Tackle" and "Huggle". Best performed from behind on an unsuspecting hug-victim.

Girl 1: Hey girl, what's with the bandage on your head?
Girl 2: My boyfriend taggled me to the ground yesterday.
Girl 1: Ouch, I hate when they do that.
Girl 2: I didn't even expect it, he came up from behind me. I thought he was out of town!
