Surfneck

noun.~ 1. A Portmanteau of the words Surf and Redneck. 2. People with rural, small town, or southern lifestyles that live close to the beach and enjoy the recreations of the ocean.

3. (i.e) Southern Surfers; Country Surfers; Hang-Ten Hillbillies; Country Grommets

The beach was covered with Surfnecks wearing board short bathing suits and camouflage truckers caps. I couldn't get a wave that day because this local Surfneck in cutoff jeans kept stealing my wave.
