The time when you have the biggest hang over after a weekend of binging on drugs and/or alcohol, from the fact that if you ingest enough you will still have drugs in your system on Monday, and you may not come down until Tuesday.

Dave seemed ok on Monday, but when Suicide Tuesday rolled around he really started regretting that bender.
