a way of telling people to stop freaking out. not widely used, but people will probably know what you mean anyway.

EXAMPLE:
DAD: WHERE IS THE REMOTE? I DON'T WANT TO WATCH THIS SHOW!
ME: oh my gosh dad, can you stop peeing your pants? i'll find it...
