1)a state of hunger
2)when one is very hungry or hasn't eaten for many hours.

3)A place people go where they will either get food for their starvation, or will be killed because there is no food to give them.

Kel: Where are we going to eat tonight?
Frank: I don't know, but I'm starvation central!
