stabilitrak

A proprietary name given to General Motor's Electronic Stability Control system, it is designed to prevent slippage of a car's tires when turning or in an emergency situation by pulsing individual brakes on either the inside or outside corner depending on circumstances.

Are you okay?
Yeah, thankfully my Tahoe's Stabilitrak kept me from crashing headfirst into a tree while I was cornering.
