Squirrelitis 

A syndrome resulting from a untreated squirrel bite. Symptoms include; the heightened urge to think & talk about squirrels, the increased desire to fetch nuts, and an intense feeling of a need to climb trees.

He must have squirrelitis, all he ever does is talk about squirrels.

squirrelitist 

Person who thinks they are too good for certain down-home traditions, such as eating squirrel meat. Likewise, any person who considers themselves 'above' eating any type of offal or non-normal meat product.

"You won't eat squirrel meat? Dude, don't be such a squirrelitist."
