spokesliar

A spokesperson, usually employed by a politician or corporation, who specializes in telling anything but the truth.

The craft varies from picking any dumbass nearby to a staff or hired agency highly skilled in telling the public directly or via media, that what they actually saw/heard *isn't* what they saw/heard at all. Blather, bloviating, exaggerating, whataboutisms, both sides, delaying, diversion, deflection, lies, fairy tales, and other "spin" techniques are used to at least obfuscate if not totally hide the truth permanently, or long enough that the incident is forgotten.
Once an important and dignified position, the White House Press Secretary is now seen as the main spokesliar who shields The President of the United States of America from having to answer embarrassing questions.

spokesbeard

A bewhiskered male representative of a group (often religion-related although might apply to any group where shaving is outlawed/unusual) acting as a spokesperson for media purposes.
Mohyeldeen Mohammed, a spokesbeard for “The Volunteers” group which organised the demo, said:

"If this will be allowed to continue in the end it will be too late. Then we’ll get a September 11th and a June 7th on Norwegian soil. This is not a threat, but a warning."
