Smoobies 

Small boobies on attractive women. Typically b cup size or smaller and perky in nature. Women with smoobies can comfortably go out wearing sweaters with no bra and are confident about their bodies.

Created as an alternative word for 'breasts' or 'boobies' or 'titties'. Some say it denotes 'smooth boobies', but this is not always the case, for all women have smoobies but they are not all smooth.
