Drinking Smart Chart

A innovative harm reduction system for overcoming alcohol withdrawl, making it much easier than "cold turkey".

The procedure is to drink 35% less alcohol the 1st and 2nd
day and then 45% less on day 3.

This is the Drinking Smart Chart

Example 12 beer a day drinker

Day 1: 35% of 12= 7.8 or drink 8
Day 2: 35% of 7.8= 5.07 or drink 5
Day 3: 45% of 5.07= 2.78 or drink 3

shart drinker is a term used when you get angry at someone and then call them a shart drinker, shart is shit. so you're basically calling them someone who drinks shit.

person 1: i hate you so much just go away you're so annoying.

person 2: shut up you shart drinker!!
