falling asleep before a youtube meditation, and then performing said meditation in ones sleep.

I was watching youtube—a meditation channel, and then I fell asleep—right before a manifestation meditation, and it worked—sleep-tation!

A sleepcation is an escape to a resort or perhaps just a quiet local hotel to just sleep and rest.

Sleepation 

A Portmanteau of the words "sleep" and "vacation".

Sleepation is a period of time completely dedicated to recovering sleep with short periods of wakefulness for eating,drinking(water),vitamin supplementation,hygiene,toilet trips and small periods of non intensive exercise.

Sleepation is a word commonly used by insomniacs and the occasionally sleep deprived.

John:Let's go to the beach this afternoon,it's going to be a nice day!

Joe:Sorry John,I can't go.I'm on a sleepation.

sleepitation 

While you are in meditation, you fall asleep; your meditation hour has passed but you don't recall any of it.

I only slept for three hours last night, so my meditation today was more of a sleepitation.
