a variation of skip tracer, a person who acts in the capacity of an investigator to locate missing persons, especially those who have run off without paying a bill or fulfilling some obligation.

Skip-man is someone whom is chosen by someone to be used by someone else by identifying interest of that person to be exploited by the user.

Skipman Someone whom is used to get to someone whom is scene as better of interest. Someone that is scene as more entertaining and more fun to be with apparently.
