It is simply known as the Jungshook Effect when it happens to straight males and homosexual females, but the added layer of confusion resulting in left brain paralysis is what makes Shoken Frooker specific to the dumb ass hoe subset. Snapping out of it will inevitably result in the victim asking "wtf? You got me jungshook." but it is best if you wait a few hours to let their system recover before exposing him to the maknae again.
